If you absolutely cannot attend either one, please contact the coordinator, Liu Laoshi to make alternate arrangements. As Chinese II is making some changes presently (agendas, textbooks and so forth), please refer to the latest orientation packet for any question or contact Liu Laoshi at: Liu.713@osu.edu
The Deadline for Adjusting Credit Hours is Friday, July 25th, 2008.
If you are planing to change (either increase or decrease) your credit hours, please bring your Contract forms to our Chinese I.I. instructors and ask them to sign the form. You have to do this before the close of the business of the I.I. center on the Friday of Week Six (Feb. 8th, 2008). You can find Credit Hours Adjustment form by going to the link below:
http://wmcc.osu.edu/ii_adjust.pdf [PDF]
Please read and follow the guidelines specified in our syllabus.
Please pay attention to the following things:
First, please bring your forms to our Chinese I.I. instructors in person for our signatures. Do not leave the form to the I.I.front desk because this could lead to a delay of the completion of your form.
Second, after you have the contract forms signed, please turn in one copy of the form to your college. It is your college that is responsible for changing your credit hours.
Third, after you have changed your credit hours, please check your online registration record to see if the record (the course level and the number of credit hours) has been changed correctly. If not, please contact your advisor, your college and registeration office as soon as possible.
If you have any questions, please contact Ying Liu.
