At Ohio State, Li Yawei (DEALL, PhD, Chinese Language Pedagogy), already distinguished herself.  In 2022, she received Ohio State’s highly competitive Graduate Associate Teaching Award (GATA) in recognition of the excellence of her Chinese language instruction. 

Now, after serving as a Lecturer in Chinese at Case Western Reserve University for two years (2024–2026), she received that university’s highest honor for the recognition of outstanding undergraduate teaching, the Carl F. Wittke Award.
