Organized by the Center for Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (CLLC), the World Language Party aims to provide an intercultural experience for language students (particularly those in 1101, 1102, and 1103 courses, but it is open to all) encouraging them to engage with fellow students and professors while celebrating language learning.  

All DEALL language programs participated in the event. Our DEALL program prepared an East Asian bakery display (with Chinese, Japanese, and Korean flags). Our table attracted our Chinese, Japanese, and Korean language students and those studying other languages, celebrating language and cultural learning while providing an opportunity to connect with others.

A special thanks to Steve Knicely loashi, Yuko Kuwai sensei, Yonsoo Kang-Parker, Yeonjin Yun, Han Kim for setting up our table and assisting with the event. Thanks to all language instructors who helped promote the event.
