DEALL undergraduate students participated in and received awards at the 6th Midwest Korean Speech Contest, held at the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Nineteen universities from across the Midwest took part in the event. Three OSU representatives—Ameerah O. Roy'lagbaja, Joey Blank, and Chloie Doane—competed across the three competition levels. Chloie Doane received the Highest Standing Award in the Advanced Level competition, and Joey Blank received an Honorable Mention in the Intermediate Level competition.
