DEALL’s Japanese Program Hosts the Second Professionalization Workshop on Finding Jobs in Japan.
On November 18, the Japanese Program, in collaboration with Oshaberi-kai (Japanese Language Table), hosted its second professionalization workshop on finding jobs in Japan. The session was led by Keitaro Mitsuhashi, a PhD student with prior experience as a career assistant for international students in Japan, and Adam Dumbauld, an undergraduate in the Japanese Program who is actively seeking employment opportunities in Japan.
More than a dozen students participated, engaging enthusiastically and asking a wide range of questions about the job-hunting process, internship options, and resources for finding positions in Japan. We would like to thank all participants for contributing to this lively and informative session.
For those who were unable to attend, please feel free to contact Mitsuhashi-sensei with any questions. We are also planning additional professionalization workshops next semester—stay tuned! The Japanese Program looks forward to offering more opportunities for students to explore professional pathways that make use of the knowledge and skills cultivated through their studies at OSU.
