Professor Meow Hui Goh is awarded Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple Professorship in Humanities by National University of Singapore (NUS). This professorship is supported by gifts from the Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple and administered by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at NUS. It is aimed at bringing renowned scholars of cross-cultural philosophy, art, and literature to the university. 
 

As part of her professorship, Professor Goh is currently visiting NUS. She is teaching a graduate seminar on premodern Chinese literature. She will also be giving two talks on her new monograph, Textual Forces: The Political Prose of the Three Kingdoms Era (Cornell University Press, 2026), one at NUS and the other at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.
