Piper Harrell, a double major in Japanese and International Studies, has been selected as a U.S. Department of State Youth Ambassador for the 2025 World Exposition in Osaka, Japan. Piper will serve as a guide for the USA Pavilion, entitled, “Imagine What We Can Create Together,” throughout the duration of the World Exposition, from April 15 through October 13, 2025. She represents the U.S. through a U.S. government exchange program, begun in the 1950s and currently administered by Sister Cities International.
