Carlos Luis Pimentel was hired as an assistant professor of Japanese studies (tenure-track) by the Department of World Languages and Literatures at Western Michigan University. He recently completed his dissertation entitled, "Pronominal Interpretations in L2 Japanese," and will graduate in Summer 2014. He will begin his appointment at WMU in the Fall of 2014. For the past three years, Carlos has been working as a Lecturer and Undergraduate Program Director for the Japanese Program at the University of Maryland. Congratulations!
