The Ohio Asian Leaders & Legends Gala is one of the very first statewide events that seek to shed the spotlight on Asians in Ohio, one of the state's fastest growing sector.
OSU was well represented at the event. Dr. young-Chen Lu, a former OSU mathematics professor and founder of Asian Festival, was among the six Legends; and six OSU faculty/staff, including Caroline Hong (Music), and Judy Wu (History) were among the 30 Leaders.
