DEALL Associate Professor Charles Quinn has been awarded a Research Enhancement Grant from the College of Arts and Sciences, in the maximum amount of $7,500, to develop an interactive website for classical Japanese, “Taketori monogatari: a Multimedia Portal to Pre-modern Japanese.”  The site provides text passages linked to a variety of support modules, such as audio, analytic commentary, and a complete lexicon for each passage.  Dr. Abhijit Varde (Center for Languages, Literature and Culture) will implement design and functionality.
