Linghu Yaqi(令狐雅琪) is a PhD candidate in Chinese Ethnic Minority Languages and Literature at Southwest Minzu University.Her primary research interest lies in classical Nuosu (Yi) poetics, focusing on its ecological wisdom and folk traditions. During her master’s studies, she explored ecological aesthetics in Ancient Yi Poetry Theory. Recently, her research has expanded to examine the structure and significance of Nuosu (Yi) poetics. She investigates the life wisdom within Yi poetic traditions through distinctive concepts such as “root” (根), “bone” (骨), “Qi” (气), and “soul” (魂) as guiding clues.
